In this hands-on workshop, a certified technical engineer from Salt will guide you through common security challenges for organizations that prioritize APIs – like API sprawl, weak API posture governance, and common API attacks such as Broken Level Object Authorization (BOLA).
You will gain practical experience discovering APIs, creating custom rules for protection, and simulating attacks on vulnerable APIs.
You'll also explore how to integrate the Salt tool for blocking in the Web Application Firewall (WAF) and sending alerts to Slack.
