Lodging Details: GuidePoint Security is taking care of your stay at The French Lick Springs Hotel for two nights, checking in on Tuesday, May 12th and checking out on Thursday, May 14th. We will take care of all lodging reservations for you. Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Significant Other: We welcome you to bring your significant other to join us for both dinners. While you golf, they can enjoy a complimentary spa day or shopping at the local boutiques. Significant others will receive a gift card to French Lick Resorts. The gift card can be used to book a spa appointment at the West Baden or French Lick Resort spa locations, dining, or specific FLR shops. Tuesday, May 12th:

Welcome Reception at Sinclair's

6:00 - 7:00 PM: Cocktail Hour

7:00 - 9:00 PM: Seated Plated Dinner, then off to the casino!

Wednesday, May 13th:

8:30 AM: Golfers Check-in, Driving range is open, putting green, breakfast sandwiches, Bloody Mary/Mimosas, and customer swag bag pick up.

9:45 AM: Call to carts

10:00 AM: Shotgun Start at The Pete Dye Course. Boxed lunches at the turn.

6:00 - 6:30 PM: Cocktails and Hors d'oeuvres at the Pete Dye Pavilion

6:30 - 9:00 PM: Dinner and Awards at the Pete Dye Pavilion

9:00 PM: Off to the Casino!

If you would like to participate in the sporting clays activity, please select that option during registration. The shuttle from French Lick to the shooting range departs at 9:30 AM, and the activity begins at 10:00 AM at the Stables & Sporting Clays Range near the West Baden Springs Hotel.

Thursday, May 14th:

11:00 AM: Hotel Check-out. Guests depart for home.
